The Maidens is one of Delhi's oldest hotels and was built in the early 1900s. It is well located, close to the sights and amusements of Old Delhi and there is a nearby metro station which is great for those who want to explore India’s capital by themselves.
It has spacious and comfortable rooms (though most lack windows) and large, beautifully kept gardens and a pool for those who want to cool off in the sweltering summer months. The Curzon Room restaurant brings back the days of the British Raj and the Garden Terrace provides a more relaxed dining experience. The building itself is a pleasant example of colonial architecture and The Maidens offers good value for money in this expensive capital.
