Legend states that the city was once the location of Indraprastha, the capital of the Pandava clan. Delhi is home to 1,200 heritage structures, over 175 historical monuments and is a major travel hub.

Guided visit to the impressive Red Fort and Humayuns Tomb, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple; explore Chandini Chowk, the Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat; Parliament Museum, National Museum, Bangla Sahib - Sikh Temple; experience cultural and ethnic diversity at the colorful "Dilli Haat", an open-air food plaza cum craft bazaar.

 

Chambal Sanctuary (2 nights)

Located at a far distance from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Chambal Sanctuary is a haven for wildlife and for individuals looking for some peace and quiet amidst Mother Nature. Located at a distance of 70 km from Agra, driving is takes about an hour and a half.

Activities

We will take you to visit the river by boat in search of the colonies of rare Indian skimmer, greater thicknee, the comb duck, brahmani duck, kingfishers, fishing eagles, flamingos, and many more. Your afternoon is free perhaps take one of the Nature walks with the resident naturalists early evening is the best time to go in search of Palm Civet Cats, Foxes, Jungle Hares, Fruit Bats, Hedgehogs and the Indian Striped Hyenas.

Travelers who desire to experience a delightful sojourn in the rustic Ramathra also get the opportunity to gain a unique understanding of the simple country life in the desert township.

Walking tour of the Ramathra village a small hamlet of farmers and herders, you will have to the opportunity to interact with these simple villagers, get a glimpse of their daily life as the farmers tend to their crops and animals.

The highlight of this evening is a demonstration of the Rajasthani Ghumer dance. Gitanjal Rajpal, the beautiful and graceful hostess of the Fort will personally guide you through the steps and translate the rather provoking lyrics. Be prepared to be thoroughly intoxicated by this mesmerizing performance.

Bundi, with its towering Taragarh Fort, is as interesting as some of Rajasthan's more well known cities. You will see some intricate paintings and murals which are some of the finest in Rajasthan.

The fascinating town of Nimaj is a part of the Pali district in Rajasthan. It has a rich history embroiled with Marwar tradition that makes it a much sought after tourist locale. Years ago, the creator of Jodhpur, Rao Jodha Ji established his grandson as the regent of Nimaj. Descendants of the just rulers are the Thakurs of Nimaj who are fondly known as “Marwar ra Bhad Kiwad", associating them with the impenetratable gates of the citadel of Marwar.
