Golden Beaches
Given the length of the Indian coastline, it is not difficult for the
visit to find his or her’s particular spot in the sun. Miles of pristine
palm fringed beaches, azur sky, golden sand along the east coast,
spectacular beaches in Goa, enlived by the Goan love of music and dance,

EAST COAST

and calm sea. Bogmalo, colva, benaulim, Betul and Palolem, Idyllic

DIU – this little island was once a Portuguese outpost, lies off
the Saurastra coast of Gujrat. Nagao Beach – a curve of golden beach and
a calm bay is set of by strange palm trees brought here from Africa.
Ahmedpur Mandvi – close to Diu, on the main land Gujrat, is this
delightful beach resort with ethinic cottages over looking the Somnath
Temples and Light house of Dwarka.
Varkala and Kovalam in Kerala with their sheltered coves
and brilliant blue sea.
Mamallapuram, Covelong, Chennai (Madras) in Tamilnadu.
Chennai’s Marina beach is the 2nd longest beach in the World. Ancient
Pallava rock monuments and temples which have withstood the vagaries of
the sea, wind and surf.
Vishakapatnam ( Vizag) the bustling port city and Naval dockyards
of Andhra Pradesh offers invigorating sun filled holidays.
Gopalpur – on – sea and Puri on the Bay of Bengal in Orissa are
quite, non touristy destinations and are ideal for a sun soaked peaceful
holiday.
