Old Delhi Food Trail

The sheer size and diversity of India allows this magical country to develop a host of unique styles of cooking for every region. The delectable dishes of the North are representative of the unique spices and ingredients available solely in this part of the country. (Cost of Experience) In addition to this, differentiating factors include the colors of the dishes, the methods of cooking and even the way in which the vegetables are cut. Furthermore, religion too, plays an important role in the dishes that were developed in specific regions.

With a unique local insight into traditional home-style north India cooking, visitors are able to delve a step further into the rich culture of Delhi and the rest of North India.
