About this Workshop:
• Under the expert guidance of the late Thakurani, Rohet Garh started their famous culinary workshops, which offer an intricate glimpse into Indian cuisine and its subtle as well as loud flavours, ingredients, methods, etc.
• Today legacy is carried forward by Rashmi Singh, her daughter in-law, and is acclaimed worldwide.
• These workshops promoting traditional Indian cuisine are extremely comprehensive and popular as the guests are not only given demonstrations but also practical training.
• After all the hard work put into creating the conventional food, guests get to sample their own efforts!

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress modestly br>
TOUR NOTES: Please note, the food on the street is delicious but does not meet national or international hygiene standards. Although we only go to very popular places, with good local reputations, these stalls do not cook using bottled water or wash their utensils with it. So eating street food is always risky. If you prefer not to risk it, but still want to see what it’s all about, then at the end of the walk, we can take you to Haldirams where you can try chaats and other popular dishes in safe and hygienic conditions.
