We have heard from my parents that they have had a wonderful time on their visit to Delhi and the tours they made to Haridwar etc. They were very touched by your hospitality and very impressed by the driver you had arranged to escort them everywhere. He was very helpful & my father described him as almost a family member! They are now safely in Chennai having had a comfortable journey there.

I would like to add my personal thanks to you for accommodating & looking after them so well, as well as for changing their arrangements on more than one occasion. It did take a huge worry off my mind!

Both Lodges tried very hard to accommodate our desires. They did the very best to make our stay enjoyable. Neither can be responsible for lack of game or poor weather overall.

Many thanks to you and Mr. Martin of Menezes Travel, for sorting out the small problem at Goa about the “frog”in the bathroom, and your several telephone calls asking if all was well and we were happy with our new hotel. Although it was upsetting, particularly to my wife, the story of the FROG will no doubt be one which will told many times to our friends’ amusement.
