Spending a Couple of Days in Bundi
While you are in this small town, you want to make sure that you make a trip to the picturesque step wells of this region. The Raniji Ki Baori is among the most famous ones and was built over 400 years ago. This well is 46 meters deep and consists of 200 steps. Other popular step wells in the area include the Dabhai Kund that consists of exquisite carvings and the Nagar Saga Kund that was built over 125 years ago.

Other must visit attractions in this region include the dominating 16th century Taragarh Fort which is home to a famous painting gallery and is also popular for its highly intricate work. The Garh (Bundi) Palace and the Chitrashala – Ummed Mahal also offer some exquisite paintings. The Sukh Mahal and the Chaurasi Khambon ki Chatri aer also popular sites that tourists make a point of visiting while in the town.
